ALINE JACQUES

Aline is a creative and strategic producer who has delivered films across a broad range of genres to most of the worlds major broadcasters. She has helmed numerous international co-productions, collaborated with many of the industry's finest creatives, and produced programs for the BBC, Arte, Nat Geo, Discovery International, Curiosity Stream, PBS, Sky TV, Prime NZ, ABC, SBS, Channel 10, and NOVA.

Most recently Aline was EP of  Miriam Margoyles Almost Australian, a 3 x 60min for the ABC, the Producer of the feature documentary chronicling the life of country music superstar Slim Dusty and his wife Joy McKenna in Slim & I for Universal Pictures, The Pacific in the Wake of Captain Cook with Sam Neill, a 6x60 min series for Foxtel's History Channel; and Producer on Living Universe, a feature documentary and tv series on the search for life outside our solar system for ABC, Curiosity Stream and Arte.
With these historical & extrasolar missions underway, Aline also recently explored virtual reality, in a VR project directed by celebrated artist Shaun Gladwell for SBS and Screen Australia.

Aline's films have been the recipient of multiple awards including an AACTA, a Eureka and an Amnesty International Human Rights Award.
